We become comfortable with our go-to favourites and can sometimes become bored and uninspired. It has come about after a stint of unemployment when there simply was no money to shop…i had to use what I already had at hand!
My name is Kelly and I am a part-time working mother of one. I am passionate about cooking having completed a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. I would love to share what I have learnt. Cooking need not be expensive if we simply go back to the basics and use the hidden gems in our fridge, freezer and pantry.
